Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of the Infinobiz website. The site owner is Infinobiz Consulting.

What we collect

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location inferred from IP address, and session behaviour. GA4 uses cookies and similar identifiers to distinguish users across sessions.

Why we collect it

We use this information to understand how people use the site and to improve its content, usability and performance.

Who processes the information

Google processes analytics information for us through Google Analytics. Read the Google Privacy Policy for information about Google's handling of data.

Inquiries and security

When you contact us, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, company, role, optional website and referral name, project context, timing, INR investment band and decision role. We also store your privacy acknowledgement, optional marketing preference, limited campaign attribution and operational follow-up notes. We use this information to assess your inquiry, reply and manage the relationship.

Supabase stores inquiry records. Resend processes internal notifications and lead-review emails. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals to protect the form against automated abuse. These services may process information outside India. We do not send your contact details or free-text inquiry to Google Analytics.

Optional marketing consent is stored separately and does not currently activate marketing emails. You may request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information using the privacy contact below.

Inquiry retention

Infinobiz retains inquiry records, delivery snapshots and follow-up history for up to 24 months after the most recent meaningful interaction. You may request earlier deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations. Deleting a lead also removes its linked notification and history. Daily digest snapshots, Resend records and delivered email copies are reviewed and deleted separately where applicable. A deletion audit containing record and delivery identifiers, without inquiry text or contact details, may be retained for up to 30 days to complete provider cleanup.

Essential storage

A signed, HTTP-only receipt cookie lasts 15 minutes after a saved inquiry. It contains no contact details and is used to display your receipt. Turnstile may use security storage. Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser. These functions are separate from optional analytics consent.

Retention

GA4 is configured to retain user-level and event-level analytics data for up to 14 months. This period resets when there is new user activity, as configured in GA4. Aggregated reporting may be retained separately by Google.

Your choices and rights

You can accept or decline analytics from the consent banner, and change that choice later through Cookie settings in the footer. To request deletion of analytics data or ask a privacy question, contact sohan.agate@infinobiz.com. Your applicable rights and how we respond are governed by the laws that apply in India.
